No. Our Orbis can be hired midweek for for 3-nights (Mon-Thurs) or 4-night weekend hire (Thurs-Mon) along with the Quatro.

The most popular hire duration is weekend, with the hot tub delivered on Thursday and collected on Monday. Should you wish to hire the hot tub during the week we offer a Midweek Saver on the Orbis, delivered Monday and collected Thursday.

Yes, a £25 deposit is required to secure your booking. You’re then free to pay the balance when we deliver and set up your hot tub.

The £25 deposit can be paid with a credit or debit card over the phone, a bank transfer or via sending a cheque in the post. 

Yes, we like to keep things as flexible as possible. For example, if you have £150 left to pay and your hire is 3 months away, make a £50 payment each month to cover the cost of your hire.

It costs approximately £29* to run the hot tub on top of the hire cost for a weekend. However, if you use eco mode, close air control vents, and keep the lid on, you can reduce electrical consumption.

The average 12 hour heat up from cold is less than £9, and the average daily cost based on an hour hot tub usage plus keeping it warm is around £5, which is why we advise on £29. We recommend to follow the eco mode and other energy-saving tips to reduce the cost of running the hot tub.

An external side passage with at least 76cm width and 2m height is required. 

If we arrive and the hot tub cannot fit, your booking will be cancelled. Please note that due to miscalculation on the customers part the deposit is non-returnable. 

All our hot tubs require a flat, level garden space of at least 7ft by 7ft. This can be a patio, paving, decking or your lawn.

We fill the hot tub through your water supply (tap). This can be either hot or cold water. It doesn’t have to be an external tap, we have extension hoses that can connect to your kitchen tap for instance.

As shown in the photo, we connect a hosepipe to the outlet at the bottom of the hot tub and run this to the nearest drain. 

Filling with cold water can take up to 8 hours to heat to the desired temperature. Filling with hot water is naturally much quicker.

Yes, all our hot tubs come with a thermal cover to retain the heat. This also gives the hirer security that the pool is completely lockable if there are any little children in the family.

To maintain a constant temperature, the hot tub needs to be connected to a 13 amp electricity supply and the cover should be kept on the tub when not in use.

The hot tub is supplied with a residual safety device (RCD) for peace of mind and safety.

We issue a full set of written instructions as well as verbal instruction on delivery. We include a full chemical kit to ensure that your water is sanitised, clean and safe.

No. All you need is a standard cold water tap (internal or external) and a 13 amp socket.

The spas default temperature is 37 degrees. To increase the temperature just press and hold the up button or lower it press and hold the down button. The heat, pump and auto LED lights will remain illuminated while the spa is heating.

To turn the jets on press the pump button once for low speed and twice for high speed.

To turn on the spa light simply press the up button. There is a choice of four spa lighting effects, continue pressing the up button an additional 3 times a to circulate through the different colours available. Pressing the up button a 4th time will deactivate the lights.

Don’t worry, you can quickly clear the error message by pressing the pump, up and down buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. If this fails to remedy the error contact us and we will assist immediately.

Vouchers can be purchased in denominations of £10, or for gifting a specific package. All vouchers are valid for 12 months with bookings subject to availability.

The hot tubs are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each use. We also install freshly cleaned filters. Each member of our team goes through extensive training on hot tub cleaning with the experts at CleanMyHotTub.co.uk.

Yes, our gazebos can be hired without a hot tub. This service is priced at £70 for an extended weekend hire. We also provide a marquee hire service in West Yorkshire. These robust, Gala Tent marquees are ideal for large gatherings such as Birthday, Anniversary and Wedding parties.

We will work directly with property owners, where arrangements can be made to provide hot tubs for specific rentals providing we have the availability. We do not arrangements with guests directly and this is due to insurance implications.
